HOLY CROSS SCHOOL

The Catholic Independent Schools of the Nelson Diocese encourage all families of our parishes to register their children in its schools. The children of these families are granted priority in enrolment, as the primary purpose for the existence of our schools is to provide a Catholic education for the students in our parishes. Our tuition fees are kept to a minimum, so that all our parents have the opportunity to enrol their children; however, our tuition structure is two-tiered in order to take into account that it is the parents who are active members of our parishes who in fact finance the parish subsidies to our schools through their Sunday contribution envelopes. Children of non-Catholic parents may be granted admission as space permits.

Applications for student enrolment may be submitted at any time, and since space is limited, it is recommended that parents register their children as far in advance as possible to ensure acceptance. Doing so also assists in planning and budgeting for the future needs of the school.
