Science Lab Life at Legacy Academy

Learning beyond the classroom walls!
Our Grade 4 students recently embarked on an exciting field trip to the Adra Tunnel with tour guide Craig Henderson, where students learned about the history of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR). Students explored fascinating stories behind the railway’s construction and even discovered a historic rock oven once used by KVR builders to bake bread. This experience provided students with a memorable hands-on connection to local history and discovery.
