Accelerated Programs in Math, Science, English, and Social Studies

We are excited to welcome Grade 8 students to participate in our accelerated programs in Math, Science, English and Social Studies. Successful candidates gain the credits to take these subjects at a grade 10 level in High School.

This means that some students will double their pace of learning and commit to an ambitious academic schedule to complete grade 8 and 9 in one or more subjects in a single year. When students finish their Grade 12 in one or more subjects a year early, their graduation year schedule is open for other interests. This could include having a lighter grade 12 schedule, pursuing extracurricular activities, taking more electives or taking AP (advanced placement) courses in their grade 12 year to earn university credits!
