Exploring Winemaking

 Last week, our SCALA students visited Deep Roots Winery in Naramata as part of their Career Speaker Series and My Hometown Penticton project. Students learned about the journey to becoming a winemaker, the steps involved in the winemaking process, and the important role the wine industry plays in our local economy.
