Faculty Feature. Grade 6 & 7

Please meet Mr. Spencer Nowoselski, our grade 6 & 7 teacher. He received a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology and then completed a Bachelor of Education with a specialty in Physical Education from the University of Calgary. He then worked for the Catholic School District in Alberta for nearly three years, after which he decided to move back to Penticton, where both he and his wife grew up.

He has been working at Holy Cross School ever since. If he is not in the classroom teaching, Spencer is in the gym coaching some of the after-school sports teams (Basketball & Volleyball). He enjoys spending time with his family and being active, and likes a good game of tennis, pickleball, football, and hockey (to name a few).

The things he likes the most about Holy Cross include the school community, the promotion of traditional Catholic values and the school’s commitment to students.

Mr. Nowoselski has a 4-year-old daughter who is his pride and joy.
