Outdoor Learning Adventures

What a fantastic way to enjoy the Okanagan weather by exploring and learning outside the classroom walls. Last week, Holy Cross students participated in a day of performing arts and activities at the Kidzfest "Around The World in a Festival Day". Students also visited the Alpaca Farm to discover the life of these curious animals, their amazing fiber and the artistry behind alpaca fiber processing. The day ended with a visit to Tickleberry's to learn how to make ice cream, picking out their favourite flavour and enjoying it by the creek.
