Exploring the Exciting Sport of Biathlon

What a fantastic way to start the week! Our students had great fun while being introduced to the sport of biathlon by Biathlon BC, it involves two separate skills: target shooting and Nordic skiing. This training workshop allows the students to engage in a simulated biathlon experience with a cardio exercise component and simulation laser rifles. The health benefits of biathlon are numerous and the sport requires mental discipline, focus, cardiovascular fitness, and concentration.
