Extending Learning Beyond the Classroom!

Our Gr. 5 students embarked on an educational trip to the Osoyoos Desert Centre, participating in interactive hands-on learning activities. Students examined the distinctive environment of the Osoyoos Desert, a semi-arid ecosystem housing one of the highest concentrations of rare and at-risk species in Canada.

They concluded the day with a visit to the Osoyoos Border Crossing, gaining insights into border security and infrastructure from the Canadian Border Services.
