On November 9th, Holy Cross held our Remembrance Day ceremony. On this day we honour all those who fought to preserve our freedoms and we especially remember those who never came back from the battlefield.
The school also held our Virtues Awards assembly. Virtue addresses the inner-self and how we relate to others and the world around us. This month we recognized the virtue of RESPECT. “Virtues help us create a culture of a safe and caring school. In helping students to develop and work on virtues, good habits and dispositions will help them make better choices” - Madame Saina (Holy Cross French Language teacher)
Congratulations to all who were recognized.
